We carefully craft and package each item with love and care. Customized items are created especially for you and your pup. Since these are uniquely finished to your custom option selections, we ask that you contact us no less than 14 days from your receipt if you have any issues.

Local pickup is not available at this time however, we do offer free shipping on orders of $150+ within the Greater Toronto Area with speedy delivery of 1-2 days via Canada Post once your order ships!
